I think points #1 and 3 above are the key. So many folks are so eager to jump right in and tell others how smart they are, they forget to listen and read. Truthfully, I need to do better in this category myself. I just today re-committed myself to making a concerted effort to dig back in to my G-Reader account on a more regular basis. To thank my commenters via email for their thoughtful posts. And, to read at least one new blog a week (David, yours in my new blog this week!) to expand my horizons.

Thanks for the inspiration. And, as someone who also attended BlogWorld last week, I tend to agree with the "clone" theory.
