Grats on the weight loss. Focusing on the behavior is the key. You're so right.

Wanna share a sample social media blueprint? Also, what do you use as a dashboard for monitoring? iGoogle seems to do a fair job. I didn't get very far with Netvibes.

I've used both. iGoogle works, as well as Netvibes. I use RSS from Google Alerts, Twitter Search etc. and then just monitoring it all through my RSS reader.

    David,

Congratulations on your personal success in health. Thank you for sharing your personal story about getting healthier as way to offer advice on social media. Process is the answer to most of life's challenges, yet we often want immediate results in our society.

#4 creating engaging content daily is a challenge for me. This is because when I create content, I want to make it significant - sometimes too much so. Yet, I do not have time to do this every day considering my other responsibilities. I take from your post that I can create smaller bits of content on days when I am busy, perhaps share a video or photo that I took. This approach will result in a nice blend of content; and enable me to stick with the process even when busy.

    Keep sharing the goods,
    Korye

Korye, Thanks for the comment. Mix it up!! Not every post has to be significant, but it does need to be informative. Remember not everyone is going to engaged with text. Some will engage more with video or even audio. However, the struggle we all have is being consistent.

    Thanks again for the comment.
